Your organs are your life! When you take care of your organs, you take care of your health. Excess emotional energy stuck in the organs becomes toxic and leads to illness. In this course you will learn how to transform, harmonise and improve the energy in your organs, the major practice of Inner Alchemy and Mantak Chia’s Universal Healing Tao.
The Taoist Five-Element system is not an abstract philosophy but real, living energy that we can work with to improve our health. You will learn and deepen the Inner Smile to develop a loving relationship with your organs, begin emotional alchemy with the Six Healing Sounds, and harness the energetic wisdom from nature and the planets to grow inner vitality and intelligence.
Each session will last 90 minutes on Zoom, with guided practice, visual presentation, discussion, and opportunities for questions.

The course is suitable for beginners, but also those wanting to deepen their practice.
Recordings of the sessions are included, so it is not necessary to attend all classes live.
